Realistic Money: Just What Do I Mean?
July 5, 2008
Hi.
Welcome to Realistic Money!
I thought I would explain why I named this website what I did and what my intentions are.
First: I named it “Realistic Money” because that is exactly what I’ve been looking for in my online adventures, in search for the perfect yet realistic work for me to supplement my income. This turned out to be much more difficult than I ever imagined.
Second: My intentions are to be able to post with confidence ways I’ve tried and proven myself that someone just starting out could actually do realistically without having to spend an unreasonable amount of money (assuming one is at poverty level) to achieve their goals. When you are low income, or poverty level you can’t afford to take unnecessary chances. Anyone should have the right to pursue a better life for themselves and their families, especially low income! So that is my goal– to search out, test, verify, and share any and all programs or websites that I myself was able to try and prosper from!
I also wish to join Holly Mann with her mission to turn the internet into a place thriving with honest people, entrepreneurs, and……. well you know– honest people! People that understand the concept of helping others every chance you get while you yourself continue to lead your life in an honest, guilt-free attitude, knowing by helping others you’re also helping the overall picture– and kharma. Doesn’t that sound nice? I know, tough road ahead, but as long as we each do our own part as well as we can, that’s a place to start! Others will soon follow and it will pay off to do things the right way.
It’s like listbuilding. Wow, what a concept. Speaking of listbuilding, traffic has been my #1 problem since I’ve had a website and started creating & writing blogs on blogger.com, traffic has been my major problem. So I’ve been testing different advertising websites out and found several that let you advertise in an array of ways, exchanging credits you earn for reading either e-mails or viewing other marketer’s websites. It’s easy and can be fun & challenging. It truly helps out with advertising costs, saving money you may not have in the first place!
Watch for my upcoming banners & links to several companies I’ve discovered. I’ll start posting them tomorrow- hopefully.
I hope everyone had a safe but fun 4th of July!
To All Our Successes,
Carol McCrow
